Jeenbekov meets with Speaker of Hungarian National Assembly László Kövér

Bishkek, Sept. 30, 2020. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov held Tuesday meeting with Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly László Kövér. According to the press service of the Kyrgyz president, before the meeting Sooronbay Jeenbekov and László Kövér jointly visited the Parliament building, which is one of the most beautiful buildings of Budapest and a historical landmark of the city. The speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly noted that the official visit of Sooronbay Jeenbekov has good results. László Kövér emphasized readiness to increase joint interaction, including through such projects as the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Development Fund. He noted the Hungarian National Assembly, for its part, will make every effort to strengthen bilateral cooperation. The speaker expressed his intention to visit Kyrgyzstan after the stabilization of the epidemiological situation, and expressed hope for fruitful cooperation with the new convening of the Kyrgyz Parliament. The Kyrgyz president stressed that today the bilateral relations between the countries are entering a new level of strategic partnership. He noted the dynamic development of cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian spheres. Jeenbekov underlined the readiness to strengthen cooperation with Hungary in all areas, expressing confidence that the results of the official visit will yield concrete results. The delegation of Kyrgyzstan consists of: Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Kyrgyz President's Office Daniyar Sydykov, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary Bakyt Dzhusupov, Deputy Prime Minister Erkin Asrandiyev, Minister of Education and Science Kanybek Isakov, Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Reclamation Erkinbek Choduyev, Minister of Transport and Roads Janat Beishenov, Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbayeva and Minister of Economy Sanjar Mukambetov.
