BAGHDAD / NINA / Republican presidential nominee, Jeb Bush saw Obama administration's decision to set up a military base in Anbar and send more trainers may be the beginning of a strategy to eliminate ISIS.
Bush said from Berlin, which he is visiting as part of a European tour: "This decision will be a shift point in US President Barack Obama's administration, because before this decision we did not have a clear strategy about dealing with the terrorist organization ISIS".
He added that he did not know exactly whether the plan to send additional troops means direct participation in combat, or training the Iraqi army.
US President Barack Obama approved a plan to send additional 450-500 military personnel to Iraq, and deliver the necessary materials to Iraqi forces, the Peshmerga and clans' guerrillas who are fighting under the leadership of the federal government in order to eliminate ISIS. / End
