ISESCO condemns Sitra terror blast

Rabat, July 28 (BNA): The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) strongly denounced the terrorist blast which was perpetrated in Sitra, leaving two on-duty policemen dead and several others wounded. In a statement today, it urged the international community to condemn the heinous crime, stressing the need to hold the parties and individuals implicated in the terrorist act accountable. The Rabat-based organisation affirmed solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain in its war on the scourge of terrorism and heinous sectarianism which are targeting the security and safety of its people. It urged concerted efforts between all ISESCO member countries to combat all forms of terrorism firmly, whether it is perpetrated by deviant individuals or masterminded by irresponsible foreign sides with the intent of sparking chaos and stirring unrest so as to subvert the international security and peace.
