Mosul, Iraq (NINA) - Iraqi forces have raised the Iraqi flag over the five liberated bridges in the city of Mosul. "The liberated Iraqi forces are waiting for the official declaration of victory after the arrival of the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Haider al-Abadi," Maj. Gen. Najem al-Jubouri, commander of Nineveh Liberation Operations, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA).
