Iraq, UAE Discusses Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Baghdad / NINA / - The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and the accompanying delegation, met with the Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council, Saqr Ghobash, in Abu Dhabi. The media office of the Speaker of Parliament stated: "The two sides discussed strengthening parliamentary and bilateral relations between Iraq and the United Arab Emirates, and cooperation in all fields." Al-Halbousi stressed the importance of communication and dialogue at the parliamentary level, the activation of friendship committees, and the role of parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening brotherly bonds between the two brotherly countries and peoples.
