Iranian alleged arms-dealer released from U.S. prison after 5 years

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 13 / Trend S.Isayev, T. Jafarov/ Iranian citizen Amir Hussein Ardabili was recently released from a prison in the U.S., Mehr reported quoting Iranian Foreign Ministry. Ardabili was arrested in the Georgian capital Tbilisi in 2007, by the U.S. officials. He was allegedly sent by the Iranian government to entice arms dealers to sell him sensitive parts for fighter jets and missile systems. After arrest, the U.S. claimed Ardabili pleaded guilty in the court in the supply of military goods to Iran. Ardabili is expected to return to Tehran tomorrow. Do you have any feedback?
