Interior Minister receives Shaikh Fawaz

Manama, Aug.6 (BNA): Interior Minister, Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa today received Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, who was appointed by royal decree as ambassador at the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The minister welcomed Shaikh Fawaz and congratulated him on the royal trust, wishing him success in his new duties. He commended his dedicated efforts to develop the sectors of information, telecommunications and sports in Bahrain. Shaikh Fawaz thanked the minister of interior for his keen interest in promoting joint cooperation.
