Interior Minister offers condolences to Saudi Crown Prince

Manama, Aug.6 (BNA): Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa expressed sincere condolences for the victims of the terrorist blast that targeted the mosque of the Emergency Forces in Abha in brotherly Saudi Arabia. In a cable to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, he asserted the rejection and condemnation of the terrorist act. He affirmed the supportive stance of Bahrain to Saudi Arabia, backing all measures to protect its security and stability, with full trust in the capability of the security authorities in confronting those who work to disturb security and stability. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the souls of the martyred policemen and citizens in eternal peace. He also prayed to give patience and fortitude to their bereaved families, wishing the wounded quick recovery.
