Interior minister hails MOI sports achievements

Manama, Apr. 30 (BNA): Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received here today the President of the Public Security Sports Association, who introduced to him the members of the Interior Ministry shooting, tennis, self defence and taekwondo teams, for achieving high positions in the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2015 in UAE, Fourth Session of Women Sports in Oman and GCC Tennis Championship in Saudi Arabia. The Interior Minister congratulated the teams and expressed appreciation for their achievements, that build on the national accomplishments. He hailed the role of the association in preparing the teams for participating and winning in local and international competitions through training and rehabilitation. President of the association praised the Interior Minister's directives and endless support to enhance the teams' competency.
