Interior Minister briefed on King Fahad Causeway development plans

Manama, Sept. 17 (BNA): Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received here today, in the presence of Customs President, Shaikh Mohamemd bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Deputy Chairman of the King Fahd Causeway General Organization (KFCGO), Engineer Abdulrahman bin Saad Al Yahya on Thursday. The minister hailed the brotherly and strong ties between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, and valued highly the good efforts of the KFCGO through its services and development projects to facilitate movements through the causeway. He was briefed on the future development plans of the causeway. He was also presented with the annual report of KFCGO for 2014. Al Yahya expressed thanks and appreciation to the Interior Minister for his keenness on supporting the implementation of projects. KFCGO's Director of Public Relations Jamal Yaqout also attended the meeting.
