Information Minister, Russian Ambassador discuss cooperation

Manama, Jan17(BNA) Minister of Information Affairs Isa bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamadi today received Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Victor Smirnov and hailed good relations bonding the two friendly countries. The minister and the Russian diplomat discussed ways of further expanding cooperation, particularly in the media sector. The Russian ambassador hailed the Government of Bahrain for its resolve to bolster joint cooperation, stressing his country’s keenness on developing bilateral ties for the sake of the interests of the two countries.
