Information Minister: Qualified Bahraini youngsters pride of nation

Manama, Oct. 29 (BNA): Information and Parliament Affairs Minister Isa bin Abdulrahman Al Hammadi said Bahraini dedicated, educated and qualified youngsters are the pride of the nation and the catalyst for more progress and prosperity. This came as he received today Bahrain Polytechnic Acting Chief Executive Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Asiri, Deputy Chief Executive for Educational Services Dr. Hassan Al Mulla and Curricula Development Director and Acting Academic Development Director Ema Janahi. He discussed with them ways of boosting cooperation in human resources development by creating specialised vocational and academic programmes for the Information Affairs Ministry personnel. The Information and Parliament Affairs Minister lauded the efforts of Bahrain Polytechnic in upgrading higher education and equipping youngsters with technical and practical qualifications. Dr. Al-Asiri thanked him for the meeting and keenness to bolster cooperation with higher education establishments in order to shed light on their role in social development and in promoting Bahrain's standing at the local, regional and international level.
