INDONESIAN PRESIDENT YUDHOYONO DUE IN TURKEY
ANKARA (A.A) - 28.06.2010 - Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will arrive in Turkey upon an official invitation by Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
In a statement issued Monday, the Turkish Presidential Press Center said that President Yudhoyono would pay a formal visit to Turkey between June 28 and July 1.
President Gul and his Indonesian counterpart Yudhoyono will discuss bilateral relations and search for opportunities for further cooperation, the Press Center said.
President Gul and Yudhoyono will exchange views on regional and international issues, including those related to the OIC, G-20 and D-8, the Press Center said.
During Yudhoyono's trip to Turkey, Turkey and Indonesia will sign various agreements to strengthen cooperation.
A Turkish-Indonesian Business Forum will take place in Istanbul with the participation of Gul and Yudhoyono.
Yudhoyono's visit to Turkey will be the first one by an Indonesian president in 25 years.
