HRH Premier receives writer

Manama, Sept. 13 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today Dr. Rashid bin Saqr Al-Jalahma, who presented him with a copy of his book entitled " "Impact of Organisational Culture on TQM Implementation Barriers". HRH Premier commended the efforts exerted by Dr. Al-Jalahma in compiling his book which, he considered a major reference in total quality management (TQM) and organisational culture, stressing the crucial role played by Bahraini researchers and academics in enhancing the awareness of youth and new generations through their intellectual and scientific creative work. Dr. Rashid Al Jalahma extended sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for his constant support to scientific and academic research, which, he said, has motivated researchers and specialists to carry on their creativity and excellence drive. He highlighted the importance of the book in identifying the impact of Organisational Culture on total quality management in all organisations, ministries or institutions, whether they profit or non-profit ones.
