HRH Premier receives Saudi journalist

Manama, Feb 1 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, today at Qudhaibiya Palace, received Saudi journalist, author and publisher of Saudi Elaf newspaper Othman Al-Omair. HRH Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the electronic media in light of the successive developments sweeping the region and the world, which entail us promptly informing the public of them. HRH Prime Minister noted the foremost role played by Elaf newspaper in analyzing the events and publishing them in an objective and meaningful way. HRH Prime Minister lauded Al-Omair's writings which tackle various issues touch the region. He pointed the role of Saudi and Gulf press which reflects the aspirations and achievements of their countries, wishing journalist and author Omair many more successes to come.
