HRH Premier receives researcher Al-Merikhi

Manama, Aug. 2 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today historian and researcher Khalil bin Mohammed Al-Merikhi who presented him with a copy of is last book depicting part of Bahrain’s history. HRH the Premier praised the writer’s effort in compiling the book which is considered as a reference documenting part of Bahrain’s history since the 1930’s. He stressed that the book is a reference for specialists and future generations to learn about Bahrain’s history and civilisation. HRH the Prime Minister underlined support to all Bahraini researchers and creators, wishing Al-Merikhi continuous success. On his part, researcher Al-Merikhi thanked HRH the Premier for his support to Bahraini researchers, lauding his substantial contributions to Bahrain’s development.
