HRH Premier receives Iraqi Speaker

Manama, May 18 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister received the Speaker of Iraq Republic's Council of Representatives Saleem Al-Jabouri and his accompanying delegation currently visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain, in the presence of Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla. His Royal Highness emphasised the significance of boosting reciprocal visits and intensification of joint meetings between officials in the two countries, especially parliamentary cooperation which constitutes one of the bridges of cooperation and effective communication through the exchange of mutual expertise and consolidation of relations which contributes in boosting democratic and developmental work, citing the importance of development of the bilateral ties and opening new vistas of cooperation in the welfare of both countries.
