HRH Premier receives German ambassador

Manama, Oct. 18 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the newly-appointed German Ambassador to Bahrain Alfred Simms-Prots. HRH the Prime Minister praised the strength of the Bahraini-German relations, and the steady progress of bilateral cooperation in various fields. HRH Premier affirmed the kingdom's keenness on bolstering the existing "constructive and positive" Bahraini-German ties in all fields so as to boost joint cooperation and coordination. HRH Premier affirmed that the envoy would be receive all necessary support so as to ensure the success of his diplomatic mission and enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries. HRH the Premier also discussed with the ambassador the latest regional and global developments. Ambassador Alfred Simms-Prots expressed thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his keenness to provide him with all kinds of support, as well as desire to bolster bilateral relations and cooperation.
