HRH Premier receives EDB Chief Executive

Manama, Apr 27 (BNA) – His Royal Highness Prime Minster Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received the newly appointed Chief Executive of Economic Development Board (EDB), Khalid Amro Al-Rumaihi. HRH Premier congratulated the EDB Chief Executive and praised his experience that will assist him in achieving EDB goals. HRH Premier hailed national contributions to the development process, stressing the government support for Bahraini cadres in line with successful strategic plans that have assisted them to assume leading posts in economic, financial and banking fields. He noted EDB role in attracting major economic projects and introducing investment and trade competitive advantages enjoyed by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
