HRH Premier praises Bahrain-South Korea relations

Manama, Dec. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the out-going South Korean Ambassador to Bahrain Joon Ha Yu. HRH Premier praised the steady progress of Bahraini-South Korean relations and the advanced level of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, affirming the kingdom's keenness on expanding areas of economic and commercial cooperation. The Prime Minister also praised the existing level of cooperation and coordination between the kingdom and South Korea on region and international issues of mutual concern, and highlighted the importance of his South Korean counterpart's visit to Bahrain in bolstering joint cooperation. HRH the Prime Minister lauded the role played by the South Korean Ambassador in enhancing bilateral friendship relations and boosting joint cooperation. Ambassador Joon Ha Yu expressed pride in HRH Premier's keenness on broadening areas of cooperation and coordination between the two countries, which, he said, contributed to making his diplomatic mission easier.
