HRH Premier patronizes GCC-Turkish Business Forum2014

Dammam: April 27 – (BNA): Under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister, and in association between the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), the GCC General Secretariat and the Turkish Federation of Chambers and Commodities; the GCC Chambers Federation organizes the Second GCC-Turkish Business Forum slated to be hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain on June 9-10. The Secretary-General of GCC Chambers Federation said that the patronage of HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa to the conference is ostensibly indicative of His Royal Highness's support and assistance to the activities and events of the Bahraini private sector which is part and parcel of the GCC private sector. The Premier's initiative is also expressive of his diligence and support to making the Kingdom of Bahrain the initiator of interaction of the GCC private sector with their counterparts all over the world and encouraging and enhancing pan-GCC joint ventures as well as promoting Bahrain as a strategic hub that hosts regional and international economic events. The First GCC-Turkish Business Forum was hosted in Istanbul on 5-7 February, 2012 which was attended by more than 700 participants from the Gulf and Turkish sides and which covered several themes pertinent to their mutual economic relations.
