HRH Premier congratulated by Interior Minister

Manama, Aug.8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa on the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Award which was conferred on him. He paid tribute to HRH the Premier, hailing the ITU honour as a recognition of his landmark achievements in supporting and achieving the comprehensive development goals on the local and international levels. He described the ITU award as an assertion of the Government's firm resolve to continue unabated the march of development, progress and excellence. He prayed to Allah Almighty to bless HRH the Premier and guide him on the path of success under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
