HRH Premier’s adviser receives German ambassador

Manama, June 23 (BNA): Adviser to His Royal Highness Premier Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received here today the outgoing German Ambassador to Bahrain Sabine Taufmann. Shaikh Salman lauded the advanced level of the Bahraini-German relations of friendship and cooperation in various fields thanks to the two countries’ mutual understanding and joint coordination vis-à-vis a number of regional and global issues. HRH Premier’s adviser commended the efforts exerted by Ambassador Taufmann throughout her tenure, wishing here further success in her future assignments. The German envoy expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, for its constant keenness to bolster ties with her country at all levels. She expressed hope that bilateral relations and joint cooperation will flourish in the coming period for the common interests of the two friendly countries and their peoples.
