HRH Crown Prince praises Bahrain-Singapore ties

Manama, Apr. 22 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met Masagos Zulkifli, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister at the Ministries of Home and Foreign Affairs in Singapore, at Riffa Palace. His Royal Highness praised the growing ties between Bahrain and the Republic of Singapore, and highlighted that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. His Royal Highness reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to further increasing coordination and collaboration with Singapore across all levels, with a particular focus on the economic and educational sectors. His Royal Highness went on to commend Singapore on the various economic reforms it has adopted over recent decades, and noted the importance of its efforts to increase competitiveness and productivity. Masagos Zulkifli extended his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness for his continuous support in developing and strengthening ties between the two countries.
