HRH Crown Prince meets Yemen’s vice-president

Manama, Apr. 23 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa issued Edict 30/2015, appointing the current Director of Human Resources Mustafa Mohammed Al-Merbati as Director of Financial Resources at the Social Development Ministry. Rania Abdulrahman Kadhem Al-Bastaki was appointed Director of Human Resources at the same ministry. In another Edict, 31, HRH Premier appointed Amina Abdulwahed Ahmed Abdulrahman as Director of Human Resources, and Mohammed Adel Mohammed Abu Ehsan as Director of Information Systems at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning. HRH the Prime Minister also issued Edict 32/2015, appointing Shawqiya Ibrahim Mohammed Humaidan as Director of Technical Services at the Capital Trustees Board. HRH Premier also issued Edict 33/2015 approving the General Framework for Reviewing the Performance of Vocational Education and Training Institutions (General Framework). The edict stipulates that the General Framework shall be adopted by the Directorate of Vocational Reviews at the National Authority of Qualifications & Quality Assurance for Education & Training (QQA). It also stipulates that Edict 12/2012 on promulgating the General Framework for Reviewing the Performance of Vocational Training Institutions will be cancelled.
