HRH Crown Prince meets Pakistani Ambassador

Manama, May. 12. (BNA) -- His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met at Riffa Palace the outgoing Pakistani Ambassador to Bahrain Jauhar Saleem. His Royal Highness and Ambassador Jauhar discussed the long-standing relations between Pakistan and Bahrain. In this regard, His Royal Highness emphasised the role of His Majesty King Hamad’s visit to Pakistan in March in strengthening ties between the two countries, noting that that cooperation and coordination between Bahrain and Pakistan have expanded across various sectors. His Royal Highness praised Ambassador Jauhar for his role in bolstering ties between the two countries, as well as facilitating new areas of coordination during his tenure as ambassador. Ambassador Jauhar expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness for his commitment to Bahrain’s longstanding ties with Pakistan, and the wider support he has received in carrying out his diplomatic mandate in the Kingdom. His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, son of HRH Crown Prince, also attended the meeting. W H Q
