House Speaker Meets Turkish Ambassador To Baghdad

BAGHDAD / NINA / Salim al-Jubouri, head of the House of Representatives confirmed the importance of the role of the states in the region in the fight against terrorism. A statement by the presidency of the parliament said "al-Jubouri received, the Turkish ambassador in Iraq Farouk Qimagja, and discussed with him the latest developments on the regional arena, especially with regard to the war on terrorism and the need to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in this regard."
