Homemade bomb, rioting material seized in Northern Governorate

Manama, Feb. 17 (BNA) – General Director of Northern Governorate Police announced today the discovery of a weapons cache in a house that is still under construction in Aali. The house was being used by terrorists as a hiding place to store material for their operations. A ready-to-use homemade bomb and material for rioting, including iron rods, fire extinguishers used as homemade guns and mobile phones connected to wires, were confiscated. The General Director said that legal procedures have been taken and the Public Prosecution was notified. An investigation was launched to identify the suspects and bring them to justice.
