HM King's issuance of three decrees hailed

Manama, Sept. 21 (BNA): The Supreme Council of Women (SCW)'s Secretary-General, Hala Al Ansari, hailed the issuance by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of three royal decrees amending some provisions of the Sharia Courts Procedures Law, the Court of Cassation Law and the Judiciary Authority's Law. Al Ansari said these decrees come as a leading stride on the road to development of family legislation, affirm the Kingdom's keenness on preserving the rights of all society members, maintain the family entity intact and ensure proper enforcement of laws and familial rights stability. The SCW's Secretary-General hailed His Majesty's support to all efforts and proposals which the SCW consistently put forth in cooperation with various respective bodies. She said: "We thank His Majesty the King for his constant support to all recommendations and suggestions presented by the Supreme Council of Women to achieve the stability and welfare of the Bahraini family in line with the Kingdom's relentless efforts aimed to facilitate and remove all obstacles that may stand in the way of achievement of sustainable growth and development of the society.
