HM the King's Advisor receives UNIDO-ITPO Head

Manama, Jan 18 (BNA): Adviser to His Majesty the King for Economic Affairs, Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Fakhro, today received Head of United Nations Industrial Development Organization - Investment and Technology Promotion Office (UNIDO-ITPO), Dr. Hashim Hussein. Dr. Fakhro hailed the UNIDO role in supporting the national economy. He noted the organisation's efforts in preparing young entrepreneurs and the development of small and medium-sized investment projects worldwide through the adoption of the Bahraini model in the same area. In addition to developing associated programmes supportive for business sector and strengthening its role in promoting the development in developing countries. Dr. Hussein presented a report on the First International Entrepreneurs Investment Forum held under the patronage of HRH Prime Minister. He reviewed plans to be implemented in the current and future stages.
