HM King receives Saudi Foreign Minister

Manama, Oct.31 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubair on the occasion of his participation in the IISS Manama Dialogue 2015. He welcomed the Saudi minister and commended his participation in the forum, taking pride in deep-rooted historic relations between the two friendly countries and peoples. HM the King hailed the historic role of Saudi Arabia, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, to consolidate the march of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and advocate the Arab and Islamic causes, as well as efforts to strengthen the pillars of security and stability in the region and support international peace and security. . HM the King and the Saudi minister discussed latest regional and international developments as part of joint cooperation and coordination between the two brotherly countries. Al-Jubair expressed thanks to HM the King for the warm welcome and genuine hospitality, commending the Kingdom of Bahrain for hosting the Manama Dialogue 2015. He paid tribute to HM the King for his dedicated efforts and pioneering role to strengthen deep-rooted fraternal relations. He valued highly Bahrain's honorable stances in supporting the causes of (GCC) and the Arab nation, stressing the Kingdom's positive and fruitful contribution to regional security and stability.
