HM the King issues three decrees

Manama, Feb. 7 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree 4/2016, naming the Minister of Health as the minister in charge of implementing the provisions of Decree-Law 21/2015 on private health institutions. According to decree 5/2016, issued by HM the King, the same minister will be responsible for the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) before the cabinet and the bicameral National Assembly. HM King Hamad also issued decree 7/2016, re-structuring the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). According to the decree, the panel will be chaired by the Labour Minister, and comprise Sabah Salim Al-Dossary, Mohammed Ali Mohammed Al-Qaed, Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Maha Abdulhameed Mufeez, Nabeel Khalid Kanoo, Jehad Ibrahim Ameen, Jaafar Khalil Ibrahim and Yaqoob Youssef Mohammed as members for four-year terms.
