HM the King issues four decrees

Manama, July 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree 61/2016, amending some provisions of Decree 69/2004 on re-structuring the Interior Ministry. According to the decree, the General Directorate of Women Police shall include the Directorate of Operation, the Women Police Training Centre, the Administrative Affairs Directorate and the Juvenile Care Centre. Clause 12 b of Article 1 of decree 69/2004 on "the Directorate of the Guard of the Prime Minister" was cancelled and clauses 14 and 15 were added to the first paragraph of Article 1. Clause 14 stipulates that the Directorate of the Public Security Presidency Affairs includes the Directorate of Administrative Affairs, the Directorate of Documentation and Strategic Studies and the Directorate of Administrative Follow-up and Monitoring. According to clause 15, the Prime Minister’s Guard includes the Directorate of Bodyguards and the Directorate of the Protection of Facilities. HM the King also issued Royal Decree 64/2016, re-organising the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), under the chairmanship of Shaikha Haya bint Rashid Al Khalifa. Jan Paulsson, India Johnson, Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Buanain, Yussef Abul Hussain Khalaf, Richard Naimark, William Slate and Rashid Abdulrahman Ibrahim will be BCDR board members for a three-year term as from the date of issuance of the decree.
