HM the King issues four decrees

Manama, May 7 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree 30/2015, amending Decree 69/2004 on re-structuring the Interior Ministry. Under the decree, clause (5) of the second paragraph of Article (1) of Decree 69/2004 was changed by the following: 5. General Directorate of Reform and Rehabilitation. It includes: a. Centre for Inmates' Reform and Rehabilitation b. Remand Centre c. Women Reform, Rehabilitation, and Remand Centre d. Directorate of Security and Protection. HM the King also issued Decree 31/2015, amending Article (1) of Decree 1/2011 on establishing the High Committee for Natural Resources and Economic Security. Under the decree, clause (5) of Article (1) was changed into "Minister of Finance". A new clause was also added, as follows: "6- Minister of Energy, who is in Charge of Oil and Gas Affairs, and Electricity and Water Affairs." In another Decree –N' 33/2015, the Minister of Information Affairs Isa bin Abdulrahman Al-Hammadi will also be the Minister in Charge of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) Affairs. HM King Hamad also issued Royal Decree 33/2015, establishing the Institute of Readings and Preparation of Holy Quran Teachers. The institute, which will be affiliated with the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry, aims to support Quranic teachings and Islamic sciences.
