HM King invited to Arab - South American summit

Manama, Oct. 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received a written message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud inviting him to attend the fourth Summit of South American-Arab Countries (ASPA), set to be held in Riyadh in November, 2015. This came as HM King Hamad received at Al-Sakhir Palace today, the Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh, who handed over to him the letter. The ambassador conveyed to HM the King greetings from the Saudi monarch, and his wishes of further progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its people, under his leadership. HM King Hamad expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his kind invitation, voicing deep pride in the solid long-standing brotherly ties bonding the two kingdoms and their peoples, praising the steady progress of bilateral cooperation in various fields. HM the King lauded the leading role played by Saudi Arabia, under King Salman's leadership, in serving Arab and Islamic issues, bringing countries together and defending right and justice all over the world.
