HM King congratulates Costa Rican President

Manama, Sept. 15 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations and good wishes to Costa Rica Republic's President Luis Guillermo Solis on his country's Independence Day.
