HM the King condoles Egyptian President

Manama, June 29 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of condolences to Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi on the assassination of Attorney-General Hisham Barakat in a terrorist attack which also left a number of injured members of his convoy. HM the King expressed his condemnation of such terrorist act which is contrary to the tolerant Islamic principles and moral and humanitarian values. He stressed his denunciation of all forms of terrorism and vandalism. HM the King affirmed Bahrain's support for all measures Egypt may find necessary to counter terrorism. He extended sincere sympathy to Egypt's President, people and family of the deceased, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
