HM King appoints Constitutional Court member

Manama, Oct. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree 42/2015 appointing Judge Isa bin Mubarak Al Kaabi as Member of the Constitutional Court, for a five-year term effective from October 15. Al Kaabi replaces Salman Isa Siyadi. Constitutional Court President Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid Al Khalifa expressed gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad for his constant attentiveness and follow up of the Constitutional Court since its inception in 2002 as part of the reforms initiated by His Majesty, hailing the royal trust in appointing Judge Al-Kaabi as member in the Court. Shaikh Khalifa welcomed the appointment of Judge Al-Kaabi, wishing him success, and praised the efforts exerted by his predecessor throughout his tenure.
