HH Sheikha Moza Attends Inauguration Ceremony of Katara Open Air Theatre

Doha, December 11 (QNA) - HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser attended this evening the inauguration ceremony of the Open Air Theatre of the Cultural Village (Katara) in the presence of a number of Heads of States participating in the Fourth Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations. The ceremony was attended by HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Personal Representative of HH the Emir. Attending the ceremony also were HE Deputy Premier and President of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah as well as number of their excellencies Sheikhs, ministers and senior officials. The ceremony began with showcasing a number of heritage portraits and excellent musical concert performed by five hundred musicians from around the world under the slogan (Qatar calls for peace) on the occasion of the Fourth Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations. Also performed were pieces including the famous Chariots of Fire, and the Child of Hope with participation of about 200 children from Qatar.(QNA)
