HH the Emir of Qatar Leaves Colombia, Heads to Ecuador

Bogota, February 16 (QNA) - HH the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, on Saturday left Colombia heading to Ecuador, concluding a three-day state visit . Bidding farewell to HH the Emir and the accompanying delegation upon their departure at Catam Military Airport were Colombian Deputy Foreign Minister Patti Londono, HE Qatar's Ambassador to Bogota Battal Mujab Ad- Dosari, and Colombia's Ambassador to Qatar HE Roberto Velez Vallejo. HH the Emir was accompanied during the visit by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani and a high-level official delegation. Upon his departure HH the Emir sent a cable of thanks and gratitude to Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos in which HH expressed appreciation for the warm hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation by the Colombian side.
