HH the Emir Issues Ratification Documents

Doha, February 05 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani issued Sunday a ratification document approving a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tirana on 18.10.2011 . HH the Emir also issued another ratification document approving a draft agreement for cultural cooperation signed between the Qatari government and the Albanian Cabinet in Tirana on 18.10. 2011. (QNA)
