HH the Emir Issues Instruments of Ratification

Doha, August 07 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has issued an instrument of ratification to approve the proposed amendment to the Convention establishing the International Monetary Fund on the reform of the Executive Board and in accordance with Resolution No. 66-2, adopted by the Board of Governors of the Fund on 15/12/2010. HH the Emir also issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on economic, trade and technical cooperation between the Governments of the State of Qatar and Bermuda, signed in Hamilton city on 5/9/2012. HH the Emir also issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft agreement between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the United Mexican States on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to taxes on income and the draft protocol attached thereto, signed in Mexico City on 14/5/2012.
