HH the Emir, HE Chinese Prime Minister Hold Talks

Doha, January 18 (QNA) -HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani and HE Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao held a round of talks at the Wajbah Palace here on Wednesday evening . The talks were attended by HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani and a number of Their Excellencies the ministers also attended the talks. While the talks were attended on the Chinese side by Their Excellencies the members of the accompanying official delegation. The two sides reviewed bilateral relations and means of bolstering and promoting them as well as discussing a host of regional and international issues of mutual concern. HH the Emir and HE the Chinese Prime Miniter held a meeting prior to their talks and was attended by HH the Heir Apparent and HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Doha earlier Wednesday afternoon on a two-day official visit to Qatar. (QNA)
