HH the Emir Endorses Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding

Doha, March 14 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani issued today Emiri Decree No. 23 of 2012 endorsing an agreement between governments of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia providing for cooperation in the civil defence field, signed in the city of Riyadh on 1.3.2011. The decree shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. HH the Emir also issued Decree No. 4 of 2012 endorsing a memorandum of understanding on economic, trade and technical cooperation between governments of the State of Qatar and the Duchy of Luxembourg, signed in the city of Luxembourg on 9.6.2011. The decree shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. The two decrees are to go into effect from the date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
