Doha, July 05 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of his country's National Day. HH the Emir has also sent a cable of congratulations to the Venezuelan President on the occasion of his country's National Day.
