HH the Emir Congratulates President of Togo on National Day

Doha, April 27 (QNA) -HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Togo on the occasion of his country's National Day. HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has also dispatched a similar cable to the President of Togo congratulating him on the same occasion. (QNA)
