Doha, November 23 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on the occasion of her re-election as president of the country. HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a similar cable of congratulations to the Liberian President of the same occasion.(QNA)
