Doha, March 01 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President Sauli Niinisto on the occasion of his inauguration as new President of the Republic of Finland. HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani also sent a similar congratulatory cable to Finland's President on the same occasion. (QNA)
