HH Deputy Premier receives Indian Ambassador

Manama, Feb. 17 -- (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa on Tuesday received the Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mohan Kumar. The meeting focused on bilateral friendship and cooperation, citing the progress made in implementing several agreements and memoranda of understanding signed during the visit of His Majesty the King to India last year, and ways and means of bolstering these relations. The two sides discussed issues of common interest between the two countries. His Highness has praised the ambassador's efforts in developing and boosting the bilateral relations between his country and Bahrain.
