Doha, July 08 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on deaths inflicted by floods that swept southern Russia. (QNA)
